How much should we eat? We should try to include cruciferous vegetables in our diets 2-3 times a week. Each serving size should be at least 1-1/2 cups at a minimum. It’s easy to incorporate cruciferous vegetables into your diet by adding it to salads and soups, or steam it for a side or serve it raw with your favorite low-fat dressing or dip.
