Honey Mustard Dressing Recipe Ingredients
- Whole Grain Dijon Mustard. We use a whole grain Dijon mustard for this dressing, but you could use regular Dijon mustard. Whole grain Dijon is thicker and has a slightly milder flavor compared to Dijon mustard.
- Honey. We like to use clover honey for this dressing, but use whatever type of honey you like.
- Lemon Juice. Use fresh squeezed lemon juice – not the bottled stuff.
- Olive Oil. For this dressing we used a light olive oil, but you can also use a good extra-virgin olive oil.
- Garlic. A little garlic adds a nice flavor to the mix.
- Seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
