  • Sour Cream. We use full fat sour cream for this recipe.
  • Vinegar. Just a splash of apple cider vinegar adds a little flavor and tang to the dressing. You could use lemon juice instead if you prefer.
  • Cheese. We add Parmesan cheese to the mix, which adds an amazing flavor to this dressing.
  • Garlic. Fresh garlic gives this dressing an amazing pop of flavor!

  1. Blender. Add the mayonnaise, milk, buttermilk, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt and pepper to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Refrigerate. Refrigerate up to 1 hour before serving so the dressing is nice and chilled and the flavors have a chance to blend together.
