Orange Vinaigrette Recipe Ingredients

  • Orange Juice. Use fresh squeezed orange juice if possible. It has the best flavor. /4 cup orange juice (use fresh squeezed)
  • Olive Oil. We use light olive oil for this recipe, but you can use extra-virgin olive oil if you like.
  • Honey. We love the flavor of clover honey, so that’s what we use, but use whatever honey you like best.
  • Dijon Mustard. Dijon mustard adds a little flavor and helps to emulsify the dressing.
  • Garlic. We add just one clove garlic for flavor.
  • Ginger. A little fresh ginger root adds a hint of flavor to the dressing that goes so well with orange juice.
  • Cilantro. A couple of tablespoons of cilantro adds a nice flavor to the mix.
  • Seasoning. We season the dressing with a little salt and freshly ground black pepper.
