Orange Vinaigrette Recipe Ingredients
- Orange Juice. Use fresh squeezed orange juice if possible. It has the best flavor. /4 cup orange juice (use fresh squeezed)
- Olive Oil. We use light olive oil for this recipe, but you can use extra-virgin olive oil if you like.
- Honey. We love the flavor of clover honey, so that’s what we use, but use whatever honey you like best.
- Dijon Mustard. Dijon mustard adds a little flavor and helps to emulsify the dressing.
- Garlic. We add just one clove garlic for flavor.
- Ginger. A little fresh ginger root adds a hint of flavor to the dressing that goes so well with orange juice.
- Cilantro. A couple of tablespoons of cilantro adds a nice flavor to the mix.
- Seasoning. We season the dressing with a little salt and freshly ground black pepper.

How To Make Orange Vinaigrette Dressing
- Blender. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend for a few seconds until the ingredients are well blended.
- Whisk. You can also add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk together using a wire whisk, or add everything to a mason jar, seal the lid and shake vigorously.
