Quick Pickled Radish Recipe

  • Radishes. Use red radishes for this recipe.
  • Garlic. We add whole garlic cloves to the mix which adds a nice flavor!
  • Vinegar. We use apple cider viegar (with mother) for this recipe, but you can use white vinegar as well.
  • Water. You’ll need water to make the brine with.
  • Sweetener. We use pure clover honey, but you can use granulated sugar if you prefer.
  • Spices. We use a mix of peppercorns and coriander or cumin seeds to add flavor to the brine.
