Ingredients

  • 1 fistful of baby kale (you can use Swiss chard, spinach, or power greens)
  • 1-1/2 cups pineapple, peeled and cut into cubes
  • ½ inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • Water or coconut water for desired consistency
  • 1 fistful of ice

Instructions

  1. Rinse baby kale.
  2. Peel and chop pineapple.
  3. Peel and grate (or mince) ginger.
  4. Add the kale, pineapple, ginger, water and ice cubes to a good blender or a NutriBullet and blend well.
  5. Pour into mason jars and refrigerate.
