  • Add 1-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup or honey and 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract instead of using strawberry preserves.

How To Make Strawberry Milk

  1. Prep Strawberries. Pick through the strawberries, discarding any that have bruising or they’re over-ripe. Rinse them under cool water and pat dry with paper towels. Remove the stems and slice the berries in half.
  2. Blend Ingredients. Add strawberries, strawberry preserves and milk to a high-powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Strain. If you want to strain the milk to eliminate any tiny seeds, then pour it through a fine mesh strainer over a bowl or wide-mouth mason jar.
  4. Refrigerate. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
