We use fresh blueberries for this pureed fruit recipe, but frozen berries will work just as well.
- 1-1/2 cups organic blueberries
- 1/2 cup water
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons pure clover honey
How to Puree Fruit
Making fruit puree is quick and easy (taking about 5 minutes), but turning them into pureed fruit ice cubes will take 3-4 hours (or overnight).
- Blend all of the ingredients in a blender.
- Pour into ice cube trays.
- Freeze until solid (3-4 hours or overnight).
