Tuna Dip Recipe
- Tuna. We use 2 cans of of solid albacore tuna.
- Jalapeno. Jalapeno adds a lot of flavor to this dip and a little spicy kick.
- Green Onion. We use green onion, but you could use red onion if you like.
- Celery. Just a little celery adds more flavor.
- Bell Pepper. We use red bell pepper for flavor and it also adds a nice little pop of color to the mix.
- Mayonnaise. Use a good mayo like Dukes, Best Foods or Hellmann’s.
- Seasoning. We add just a little sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to season this dip.
- Cilantro. We add just a little cilantro to the dip for a hint of flavor.

How To Make Tuna Dip
- Blend Ingredients. Put the tuna, jalapenos, green onion, celery, and red bell pepper in a food processor and pulse to break up the tuna. Add the mayonnaise and blend for 3-5 seconds just long enough for the mayonnaise to blend with the other ingredients. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the cilantro, salt and ground black pepper.
- Refrigerate Dip Before Serving. Refrigerate the dip in an airtight container for 30-60 minutes before serving so the flavors have time to meld together. Garnish dip with a little chopped cilantro if you like.

- 2-3 jalapeno chiles, stems removed and seeded
- 1/2 cup green onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup celery, minced
- 1/4 cup red bell pepper, minced
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
