White Balsamic Vinaigrette Recipe

- Vinegar. We use white balsamic vinegar for this recipe.
- Olive Oil. Use extra-virgin olive oil or a light olive oil for this dressing. You can also use 1/2 extra-virgin olive oil and 1/2 light olive oil which has a nice flavor.
- Honey. We like to use clover honey, but you can use whatever honey you like.
- Dijon Mustard. A little Dijon mustard adds flavor and emulsifies the dressing.
- Garlic. Adds a nice light flavor to the mi
- Seasoning. We use just a little salt and pepper to season this simple vinaigrette with.

Variations
- Add 2-3 teaspoons Italian herbs or dried oregano.

How To Make Vinaigrette With White Balsamic
- Blender. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend for a few seconds until the ingredients are well incorporated.
- Whisk. You can also add all of the ingredients to a bowl and whisk together using a wire whisk, or add everything to a mason jar, seal the lid and vigorously shake
- Storage. Store the dressing in a mason jar or an airtight container in the refrigerator. If properly stored, it should last up to 5 days.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons honey or pure maple syru
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, smashed and finely minced
- 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Add the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. You can also whisk the ingredients together in a bowl or add the ingredients to a mason jar, seal the lid and shake well. The dressing has a silkier consistency when it's blended and it's our preferred method for blending the ingredients together.
- Add water (1-2 tablespoons) and pulse (or whisk) to mellow the flavor of vinegar if you like.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. If properly stored, the dressing should last up to 5 days.
