  • Honey. We love to use pure clover honey, but use whatever honey you like best.
  • Salt. We add a little kosher salt. You can use sea salt if that’s what you have on hand.

How To Make Honey Butter

  • Whip Butter.  Remove the stick of butter from the refrigerator and set out to soften at room temperature for 15-30 minutes so it will mix easily. Beat the butter for 1-2 minutes until its creamy.
  • Add Honey.  Add the honey and salt and beat another 1-2 minutes until  the honey is well incorporated.
  • Serve. We like to serve flavored butters in small crocks or ramekins.
