This homemade Greek chicken seasoning makes the BEST tasting chicken!
- Salad Dressing. Use it to make salad dressings like our Greek Salad Dressing, Mediterranean Salad Dressing and Red Wine Vinaigrette.

How To Make Dressing With Italian Salad Dressing Mix
- To make homemade Italian salad dressing with this dry Italian salad dressing mix, add the seasonings to a wide-mouth mason jar together with 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar and 2 tablespoons water, then seal the lid and give it a good shake. You can also use an immersion blender (stick blender) and blend the ingredients in the mason jar. When you blend salad dressing with a stick blender, it emulsifies the ingredients and creates a thicker and creamier dressing that won’t separate as quickly.
- Store the dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator. If properly stored, the dressing should last 1 week. You’ll need to let the dressing sit out at room temperature before serving, because the olive oil will solidify a bit in the refrigerator.
