How to Make Overnight Oats

These easy overnight oats come together in about 5 minutes to prep, then chill overnight in the refrigerator. To make your life easier, you can soak these overnight oats in mason jars to store in the refrigerator. They make a great grab-and-go breakfast.

  1. In a medium size bowl, mix the oats, cinnamon, flax seeds, coconut and almonds
  2. Pour in the almond milk and add the yogurt
  3. Stir well
  4. Seal the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap
  5. Refrigerate (soak) overnight
  6. Sweeten with honey, pure maple syrup or a teaspoon or two of fruit jam.
  7. Garnish with your favorite ad-ins
