This crowd-pleasing Summery Watermelon Fruit Pizza is like having a slice of summer.  Wedges of juicy watermelon are slathered with Greek lime yogurt (sweetened only with honey), then garnished with a colorful assortment of your favorite  fruits!

This Summery Watermelon Fruit Pizza makes a fun addition to any breakfast or brunch setting.   Or serve it at your next barbecue in lieu of a fruit salad.   But it also makes a delicious dessert to have on a warm and balmy summer night.  Basically it’s a quintessential summer recipe that you’ll want to make for whatever the occasion may be.

This Summery Watermelon Fruit Pizza is incredibly simple to make.  Watermelon wedges are topped with a creamy Greek lime yogurt sauce (sweetened only with honey), some sprinkles of granola, topped with your favorite fruits (use any fruit you want—strawberries, cherries, raspberries, peaches, melon balls, apple slices,  bananas, etc. – give it the works), then a light and completely addicting honey-lime mix is drizzled over the top.  This is such a fun recipe to make!!  Even the most pickiest of eaters who turn their nose up at fruit will want a slice of this fun pizza!!

The Greek lime yogurt sauce for this fruit pizza is so simple to make.  I may never buy yogurt with fruit added again.  As for the honey-lime drizzle, I used it here for this Melon Salad. It’s completely addicting and you’ll want to stand over the bowl and slurp up every last drop!

Enjoy summer’s bounty of fruit with this Summery Watermelon Fruit Pizza!
