Antioxidant Rich Blueberry Ice Cubes

When I add these Antioxidant Rich Blueberry Ice Cubes to a pitcher of lemonade, I like to add some regular water ice cubes that have been prettied-up with fresh blueberries and mint.  They’re super easy to make.  Just fill up the ice cube trays with water, then drop in a few fresh blueberries and fresh mint leaves.

Antioxidant Rich Blueberry Ice Cubes

Yield: 32 ice cubes

Total Time: 4- 6 hours

These Antioxidant Rich Blueberry Ice Cubes add a pop of color, flavor, and immune boosting benefits to lemonade, iced tea and plain old water.

Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons pure clover honey
 

Directions:

  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pour into ice cube trays.
  3. Freeze until solid.
